Age/Grade Level
Students must register in a "grade-appropriate" class. (The teacher must agree to any exceptions.)

Fees
Fees are payable in full upon registration. Class fees are pro-rated for students who join late. Fees quoted include applicable taxes and all materials, unless a material list is indicated. Children's classes are GST exempt.

Material Lists (Adult Classes Only)
"Materials list provided" means that you are required to bring your own supplies to a class, based on the list provided. Lists will be sent to you prior to the first day of class.

Parking
There is a Green public parking lot near Artistic Way Ltd.

Pick Up/Drop Off
Please be punctual when dropping off and picking up children. Children under the age of 8 will not be allowed to wait without your supervision. In the event of a late pick-up, a ten-minute grace period will be allowed, after which a $25.00 fee will apply.

Publicity
Artistic Way Ltd. reserves the right to photograph all classes and use the pictures for publicity purposes. Should you object to the use of your photo or your child's photo in promotional materials, please inform the classes's office in writing at the time of registration.

What to Wear
Please dress appropriately in old clothing that is comfortable to work in. We do not supply smocks.

Missed Classes
There are no discounts, refunds or credits for classes not attended. Artistic Way reserves the right to cancel classes (with refund) due to severe weather.

Note: Artistic Way Ltd. reserves the right to make course and/or instructor changes at any time.

Refund Policies
All requests for cancellation and/or refunds must be made in writing to Artistic Way Ltd.
Students may cancel their registration, an administration fee of $40.00 will be charged, and the remainder of fees will be refunded. Absence from class does not constitute notice of cancellation. Students who wish to withdraw after the first class will be charged for that class plus the administration fee of $40.00. No refunds or credits after the second class.
